GRAND CORRUPTION takes place when leaders entrusted to make and enforce laws in the name of the people misuse this authority to increase their power, status and wealth. The infographic below illustrates just how big a problem GRAND CORRUPTION is.

The members of the Global Organization of Parliamentarians Against Corruption (GOPAC), legislators in over 50 countries across the world, have committed to #PreventProsecuteParalyze GRAND CORRUPTION. In a bold Declaration, these dedicated men and women resolved to advocate for the development of an international mechanism to prosecute those who have committed crimes of GRAND CORRUPTION.

We cannot do this alone. We need you—citizens, legislators and governmental and civil society actors—to help us realize GRAND CORRUPTION as a crime against humanity.
